• A final price will always be confirmed and approved in writing before any payment is taken.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time due to fluctuating component prices.
• Full payment is required before parts are ordered or any work begins.
• Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer only.
• Once parts have been ordered, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless agreed otherwise.
• All PCs are assembled, tested, and prepared with reasonable care before delivery or collection.
• Warranty for individual components is provided by the original manufacturer and not by TrueWelsh PCs.
• TrueWelsh PCs is not responsible for faults, damage, or performance issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, software changes, overclocking, or unauthorised modifications.
• Any software, including operating systems, is supplied as provided by the manufacturer and may require user setup or activation.
• Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed with the customer before the build begins.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to part availability or other factors outside of our control.
• TrueWelsh PCs is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• By proceeding with an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• TrueWelsh PCs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order at any stage before payment if necessary.
• All images on this website are AI generated and are not what you will receive however once the pc is built you will receive an image of the pc
